Nice 5 star hotel, with friendly staff especially the one guy in charge in the reception area and those in the pool area. They were always trying to find us a spot next to the pool with sun beds and an umbrella the fastest possible, really trying their best. Staff in the breakfast area were not that friendly though and breakfast didn’t have many sweet options, but was good in general. What we didn’t like was the fact that you had lots of people with nose jobs (women mostly) and hair implants (guys mostly) running around with bloody plasters all over their faces and heads/necks. Not nice at all, especially when you are trying to eat. Stained bedsheets and towels also did give a bad impression although the cleanliness wasn’t that bad in general. Free covered parking spot on site and Mall right next to the property are a plus!

This hotel is absolutely amazing and I can definitely recommend it and stay here again., The rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. The shower was great, a bathtub would have been nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The spa is a dream, I got several massages and I can definitely recommend it. Very relaxing and great when you are jetlagged. The breakfast is good, a lot of different options and the eggstation is lovely. The hotel is a short cab ride away from a mall (Hilltown Mall) or if you feel like waling, its about 7-10 minutes away from the hotel. But it's very easy to reach because it's one straight line you have to walk. I walked it during the daytime and I felt completely safe.

I arrived at Istanbul airport at 18.00 and it was an hour to get to the hotel and 2 hours back for my flight home so may be better to go to the other airport for this hotel. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly and overall I enjoyed my stay.
